About Beauty RDV
Beauty RDV is a mobile application intended for iOS and Android. It is currently under development and has not yet been published on the App Store or Google Play. Beauty RDV is not a website, an online account, or a service accessible from a web browser.

Local-first operation
Beauty RDV operates on a local-first model: appointments and business data entered in the app are kept directly on the user's device. No Beauty RDV business server receives appointments.

No data sent to PROWEB EDUCATION
The planning data described above (appointments, business and client information) is never sent to PROWEB EDUCATION and never passes through any Beauty RDV business server.
No tracking tools (version 1)
In its version 1, Beauty RDV uses no analytics, tracking or advertising tools, and no advertising identifier. The app does not access location, contacts, microphone, or camera.
Visuals and sharing (Stories)
Availability visuals are generated locally on the device. Only the availabilities intended for publication appear on the visual: no private client data is placed in shared visuals. Sharing is voluntarily triggered by the user, via the native iOS/Android share sheet, to compatible applications installed on the phone. Once the visual is transferred to another application, the processing performed by that application depends on its own privacy policy. PROWEB EDUCATION does not claim any partnership with Meta, WhatsApp, Instagram, Snapchat, or any other third-party service.
Storage and deletion

- profile and preferences stored locally;
- logo/avatar and background stored locally;
- temporary exports;
- individual deletion of an appointment, where the feature exists;
- reset/cleanup only where actually available in the app;
- uninstalling the app may result in the deletion of local data, depending on how the operating system behaves.
Your rights (GDPR)
PROWEB EDUCATION cannot remotely access or delete data that never leaves your device. For data voluntarily shared with PROWEB EDUCATION, for example through a support request, GDPR rights remain exercisable: right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, under the conditions set by applicable regulation. These rights can be exercised by writing to contact@prowebeducation.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority (CNIL), at cnil.fr (opens in a new tab).
